Your request for Return/Replacement/Refund will be accepted on the following conditions:
- If the product is delivered to you in a damaged/defective condition.
- If the wrong item is delivered to you (wrong size/color/quantity).
- For products to be eligible for return, they must be in the original unused condition.
- Products return request has to be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Cancellation of orders must be done before the order is packed and shipped from the time of order.
Cancel, Return, Replacement and Refund process:
- Full order or Partial order can be cancelled from the My Order section
- Return can be raised in the My Order section by choosing the product to be returned
- Return status can be tracked in the My Returns section
- Once the returned product is approved by our quality control team, a refund/replacement will be initiated
- Replacement product will be sent to the same address of the order
- Refunds will be processed after the products are completely examined and approved by our quality control team.
- In case of Returned product Refund, amount will be credited within 2-5 working days through the same mode of payment.
- Refund for the cancelled order will be credited within 1-5 working days through the same mode of payment
